Negroni

Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth: bitter, bright and built for sipping.

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth

Steps

1. Fill the mixing glass with ice. Add a big ice cube to a rocks glass.
2. Add 1 oz gin to the mixing glass.
3. Add 1 oz Campari to the mixing glass.
4. Add 1 oz sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
5. Stir with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds, until well chilled.
6. Strain into the rocks glass.
7. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
