Gimlet

Gin and lime, sharp and clean.

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup

Steps

1. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Add 2 oz gin to the shaker.
3. Add ¾ oz fresh lime juice to the shaker.
4. Add ¾ oz simple syrup to the shaker.
5. Cap the shaker and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
6. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
7. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
