Boulevardier

The Negroni's warmer cousin, with bourbon in place of gin.

Ingredients

• 1½ oz bourbon
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth

Steps

1. Fill the mixing glass with ice. Add an ice sphere to a rocks glass.
2. Add 1½ oz bourbon to the mixing glass.
3. Add 1 oz Campari to the mixing glass.
4. Add 1 oz sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
5. Stir with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds, until well chilled.
6. Strain into the rocks glass.
7. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
