Gin, cherry liqueur and a whisper of violet. Sky-colored and floral.

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz maraschino liqueur
• ¼ oz crème de violette
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Steps

1. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Add 2 oz gin to the shaker.
3. Add ½ oz maraschino liqueur to the shaker.
4. Add ¼ oz crème de violette to the shaker.
5. Add ¾ oz fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
6. Cap the shaker and shake hard for about 12 seconds.
7. Strain into a chilled coupe.
8. Drop in a cocktail cherry.
